Louis Vuitton has dabbled in many luxury categories, from iconic travel trunks to ready-to-wear and fragrances.

One of the more recent expansions is the Objets Nomades for which the heritage maison collaborated with stellar designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Marcel Wanders and Nendo to create travel-inspired objects.

The designers worked closely with Louis Vuitton’s artisans to create exquisite products.

The Campana Brothers’ sofa was inspired by clouds and the shell Botticelli painted for Venus. Atelier Oi’s chair features repurposed straps resembling leather belts.

There are more than 25 objects in the collection, ranging from a hammock to a swing chair. The collection will be shown in Hong Kong later this month.
