The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s Presidential Suite has a Multipurpose “Transformer” Room
The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong takes bespoke hospitality to a whole new level – it’s so impressive that Jimmy Choo and his well-heeled entourage stayed here last month, and a certain Material Girl has also put in a request for a visit.

In this video, we take you on a tour of the hotel’s newly renovated presidential suite, which has as its highlight a multipurpose room that can be tailor-made to suit your every need. Travelling with a large family? Use it as a children’s play room or even luggage storage. Fitness freak? Have it stocked with exercise machines, yoga mats and kettlebells. Hen’s celebration? Throw a spa-rty complete with a mani-pedi set-up, magazines, bubbles and nibbles. VIP, CEO or another kind of very serious acronym? Set it up as a “war room” for your work entourage so they can tap away on their tablets and phones in five-star comfort.

The Grand Hyatt commissioned a Melbourne-based design studio to work on this luxurious revamp. In addition to the cafe, the lounge and the ballroom downstairs, the renovation also included 545 rooms and suites, and the whole project took US$90 million and almost four years to complete.
