The man was later caught by security guards. He had taken about 11,000 yuan (HK$13,900). He was jailed for nine months and fined 1,000 yuan.

Police in Fuzhou are investigating a logistics company after it ignored a court order to pull down 21 storage buildings it put up illegally on agricultural land, Fuzhou Daily reports.
