Chinese businessman sues escort agency over claim he paid HK$21.5m for ‘sexual services’ with celebrities Angelababy and Megan Fox

A Chinese businessman is suing an Australian escort agency for failing to provide him with “sexual services” from Hollywood A-listers and mainland Chinese celebrities.

Xu Yu claimed that he paid A$3.7 million (HK$21.5 million) to the Sydney escort agency, which promised him “sexual services” from mainland Chinese model and actress Yang Ying, better known by her stage name “Angelababy”, Hollywood actress Megan Fox and Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel, The Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday.

Xu claimed he agreed to pay the three women their transportation and accommodation fees and they were supposed to meet him in China, but never showed up.

He also claimed in court documents quoted by the newspaper that he paid the agency, Royal Court Escorts, a A$24,000 “joining fee” to access the service.

The agency reportedly is based in North Sydney and offers local and international rendezvous with escorts in locations including London, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Mumbai and Dubai.

The report, quoting information from Australian authorities, said the parent company of the agency was owned by Sydney-based businessman Diljit “Dion” Singh Uppal, a one-time Indian actor, who was acquitted of murdering his father more than 10 years ago.

Both telephone numbers listed on its website are disconnected despite claims on the site that it operates 24 hours a day and all-year round, the newspaper reported.
