Former actress Cherie Chung Chor-hung is certainly a star who is not afraid to show off her assets at public events and on the red carpet. She might opt for body-hugging gowns in the spotlight but when she's off-duty, Chung loves her cosy knits.

"I'm a big fan of cashmere knits. Seriously, that's all I wear in the winter," said Chung. She was booked for French knitwear brand Zadig and Voltaire's fashion presentation on Wednesday at its boutique in Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbour City mall. Chung picked the cardigan as her favourite style since they look flattering on her figure.

"They make me look skinny and also are very versatile and comfortable," she said. To highlight the brand's signature cashmere sweaters, Chung also shared tips on how to take care of her delicate knits.

"It's not hard to wash your cashmere, you can use natural soap to clean them carefully and you'll be able to wear them every season," she said.

With the help of a local perfumer, she also demonstrated the making of a bar of soap using all natural and organic ingredients on stage.

Guests also received a bar of natural soap bearing the brand's logo on their way out.
