Left to right: To Wai-bing, chief executive officer of City Telecom (CTI), chairman Ricky Wong Wai-kay and vice-chairman Paul Cheung Chi-kin attend a function in Tsim Sha Tsui last night previewing CTI's broadcast line-up. CTI also announced its proposed new name, Hong Kong Television Network. CTI has already invested HK$87.6 million in programming but almost three years since submitting its bid for a licence, alongside rival bids from subsidiaries of PCCW and i-Cable, the government has yet to issue any new free-to-air licences.
