Former TVB general manager Stephen Chan Chi-wan outside District Court in Wan Chai yesterday after he and former assistant Edthancy Tseng Pei-kun were freed on bail by Chief District Judge Poon Siu-tung, who will reconsider his verdict on February 20 and 21. The bribery case against the two men was sent back by the Court of Appeal to Poon, who earlier acquitted them.
In September last year Chan went on trial for receiving HK$112,000 from Olympian City in 2010 for a performance held at the mall and produced and broadcast by TVB.
