The Civil Human Rights Front notified police that 50,000 protesters would march from Victoria Park in Causeway Bay to government headquarters in Admiralty. Group convenor Jackie Hung Ling-yu said the police's ban on stalls along the route and a decision to allow a pro-Leung rally in Tamar Park might lead to conflicts.
