Last two ferry crash patients discharged

Macau officials said a woman, 60, and a man, 39 - the last of 26 patients hospitalised after a ferry bound for Hong Kong hit a buoy - have been discharged.


Temperature hits a record low

The temperature fell to a record low so far this winter of 9 degrees Celsius on Hong Kong Island yesterday. It touched 7 degrees in the New Territories.


Policeman, 37, dies after collapsing on duty

A policeman, 37, collapsed at the Kwun Tong police station on Saturday night, and was later certified dead in hospital.


Quadriplegic Ah Bun cremated

Quadriplegic Tang Siu-pun was cremated yesterday after family and friends paid their respects. A memorial will be held for Ah Bun at Sing Yin Secondary School on Saturday.
