US$130,000 cowhides missing from terminal
About US$130,000 worth of cowhides have been reported stolen from a container terminal in Tsing Yi. A truck driver, 45, arrived at the Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road container terminal to pick up a consignment on Sunday, but found four empty cartons.

The mother of late Canto-pop singer Anita Mui Yim-fong is being sued for HK$93,600 in unpaid rent and interest. Landlord Happy Aim claims in a High Court writ that Tam Mei-kam, 88, has not paid the HK$30,000 monthly rent for her Happy Valley flat since November.
