Tang's wife sees her day in court delayed

The wife of Henry Tang Ying-yen had her court case, over the illegal basement in their home, postponed. Both Tang and Lisa Kuo Yu-chin were due to face court today, but a Department of Justice spokesman said the prosecution and defence needed more time. It was adjourned to April 22. Tang said he was disappointed by the late notice.

Two arrested for using motorised bicycles

Two people were arrested for using electric-powered bicycles yesterday in Cheung Sha Wan and Yuen Long. Police said the vehicles are unregistered motorcycles and are a danger to the riders and others.

Donald Tsang on private visit to Taiwan

Former chief executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen arrived in Taiwan yesterday for a private visit, the island's Mainland Affairs Council said. It added that Tsang had applied to visit relatives.

There were no first prize winners in last night's draw. The winning numbers were 13, 15, 17, 30, 38 and 45. The extra number was 4. The HK$832,250 second prize was won by 2.5 tickets. Third prize paid HK$86,690.
