British banker Rurik Jutting scheduled to enter plea in double murder case
Briton Rurik Jutting, accused of killing two women at his flat, appears for brief hearing wearing same T-shirt he was last seen in

A 29-year-old British banker accused of killing two women in his Wan Chai flat was brought to court yesterday to have a date set for his committal hearing.
Rurik Jutting was ordered by Magistrate So Wai-tak in Eastern Court to return on April 2, at which point he must indicate whether he will plead guilty or not guilty to charges of murder.
The court will also decide at that point whether there is sufficient evidence to move the case forward. If the prosecution is going ahead and the defendant enters a not-guilty plea, the case will be transferred to the High Court for trial.
Psychiatric reports sought by the court previously showed that the banker, who has been in custody since November 1, was mentally fit to make a plea.
Jutting is accused of killing 25-year-old Sumarti Ningsih and another woman whose name has not been revealed in court.
They were both found dead inside his flat at the J Residence in Johnston Road on November 1 last year.
