In pictures: two photographers come together in joint exhibition ‘Hong Kong upside down’
Hong Kong-based photographers Tugo Cheng and Romain Jacquet-Lagrèze have each captured a mesmerising perspective on the city.
Jacquet-Lagrèze pointed his camera upwards and expressed Hong Kong’s verticality from the ground up in a series called Vertical Horizon.
Cheng took the opposite approach, investigating the city through drone photography to gain a bird’s eye view in a series called City Patterns.
The photographers have come together in a joint exhibition called Hong Kong Upside Down, which opens on Saturday at Chai Wan’s Blue Lotus Gallery and runs until June 24.
