The travel industry watchdog is investigating a video that shows an irate guide hurling the belongings of mainland visitors out of a tour bus.
In the 56-second clip, believed to have been taken by the driver when the bus was parked in To Kwa Wan on Wednesday, the woman yells in Putonghua to about 20 people on the pavement: "[You] don't even bring your bags along. Are you on a shopping tour?"

She then collects about seven bags from passenger seats and throws them on the street as the stunned visitors look on. The guide then asks the driver to start the vehicle before disembarking.
The executive director of the Travel Industry Council, Joseph Tung Yao-chung, said it had yet to find out if the incident was sparked by a shopping dispute. He had ordered Chase Gold International Travel Company, which was said to be involved, to give an explanation by today.
