Police took away a 10-year-old girl who was allegedly with Lam when she fell from the building, RTHK reported, quoting a source.
The source said the girl might have slipped and fallen from the terrace when she was playing with others. Lam’s parents were reportably searching for her before the incident.
The case is being handled by Tsuen Wan district crime squad.
