Spanish police say they have captured a fan of Serbian soccer club Partizan convicted of killing a French fan,  Brice Taton, 28, a supporter of Toulouse.

Taton sustained brain damage after Partizan Belgrade supporters attacked French fans in a bar on September 17, 2009.

Spanish police said on Thursday that Djordje Prelic was identified during a routine passport control in Barcelona after it was discovered he was using a fake Czech passport.
