Royal Warrants holder Gieves & Hawkes celebrated the 60th anniversary of The Queen's Coronation at this exclusive event held in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Acquired by Hong Kong's Trinity last year, the celebration also saw familiar Chinese faces, including Olympic equestrian rider Alex Hua Tian, pianist Rosey Chan and Edward Tang, son of Shanghai Tang founder David Tang. Free-flowing Laurent-Perrier Champagne was poured as guests raised a glass to celebrate the good old Savile Row sartorial heritage. To coincide with the occasion, the brand set up a bespoke stand to showcase their new hand-made in Britain collection as well as important pieces from their archive worn by the likes of Lord Nelson and Captain Scott of the Antarctic.
