About 570 people will be running for charity on November 13 in the annual Matilda Sedan Chair Race around The Peak.

Fifty-seven teams, dressed in outlandish costumes, will transport a sedan chair around the course with one passenger who must be at least 16 years old.

The race will start at 10am. Teams will be competing for many prizes, including for the fastest team, the 'best dressed' sedan chair, and the team which best captures the spirit of the event.
