Cork leads strong England line-up
Dominic Cork will lead four-time winners England, who will make a strong bid to win back the Hong Kong Sixes next month at the Kowloon Cricket Club.
Joining Cork for the November 11-12 tournament are Darren Gough, Kabir Ali, Tim Bresnan, Glen Chapple, Darren Maddy and Mal Loye.
Clive Howard, Hong Kong Cricket Association chairman, said: It's a testament to the standing of the Hong Kong Sixes that England are once more sending a strong team. They are clearly intent on winning the title for a fifth time.'
Former England internationals Cork, Maddy and Ali were all part of the England team that finished third last year.
Last year's Cup runners-up the West Indies have also picked a strong side, led by batsman Sylvester Joseph and will be bolstered by the inclusion of all-rounder Dwayne Smith.
Last year, the West Indies lost to a Robin Singh-led India in the final. Nine teams will feature in this year's event. The other sides are Australia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and hosts Hong Kong.
