Healing after Sandy, October 30

It is one year since Superstorm Sandy slammed into the east coast of the United States. The hurricane left hundreds of kilometres of coastline flooded, some 72 people dead and US$65 billion of destruction. Thousands of people have now repaired their sand- and surf-battered homes and communities.
