Dozens of tornadoes and intense thunderstorms swept across the U.S. Midwest on November 18, 2013, Sunday, unleashing powerful winds that flattened entire neighborhoods, flipped over cars and uprooted trees. The National Weather Service says the tornado that hit Washington had a preliminary rating of EF-4, meaning wind speeds of 170 mph to 190 mph.
