The Year of Horse kicks off, January 31

The first day of the Lunar New Year is the most important time for most of Asians. Hundreds of thousands donned red robes, packed into the Lunar New Year fairs, queued in temples to pray for a the prosperous future, and lit fireworks lit for amazement of crowds around the region.
