Ms Teresa Ko, the China managing partner of the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and first female chairman of
HKEx (SEHK: 0388, announcements, news) 's Listing Committee is our guest in the studio today.
The 28-member committee that Ms Ko will chair is composed of lawyers, brokers, accountants, fund managers and listed companies' representatives. It approves new listings in its weekly meetings and the members also meet quarterly to decide on the policies that govern listed companies.
