Not only does the current financial recession affect businesses, but it also hampers precious sponsorship and charitable efforts by companies. However in August, Allianz Global Investors invited teenagers from around the world, including four from Hong Kong, to attend a football camp at the home grounds of German club Bayern Munich.
This is recognised by the firm's continuing strength on the financial market: Its global assets grew by 100 billion euros in the first six months of this year.
