Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (SEHK: 0388, announcements, news) chairman, Ronald Arculli, gives his verdict on the financial situation 12 months after the collapse of banking giant Lehman Brothers.

The executive council member also tells White Collar host Enoch Yiu about his thoughts on the lessons we've learnt and reveals if he lost any sleep when the markets started bottoming out one year ago.

From on the exchange trading floor, Arculli is quietly cautious about Hong Kong's economic outlook saying that investors should still beware, but he also provides reasons for optimism. AUDIO AFTER THE JUMP.
