This week's guest on Monday Face is Julia Leung, the Undersecretary for Financial Services and the Treasury. Leung was among the first batch of undersecretaries to be appointed by chief executive Donald Tsang in 2008.
Leung's previous job was at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as its executive director. She had also served on the Asian Wall Street Journal for 10 years after graduating with a Master of Science degree from Columbia University.
