Paul Winkelmann, president of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, joins Enoch Yiu in this edition of White Collar.
In addition to representing the more than 28,000 accountants in the city, the body also holds the annual Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards to reward companies on good disclosure and corporate governance practices.
