This week's guest on Monday Face is Julia Leung, the Undersecretary for Financial Services and the Treasury. Leung was among the first batch of undersecretaries to be appointed by chief executive Donald Tsang in 2008.
Leung's previous job was at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as its executive director. She had also served on the Asian Wall Street Journal for 10 years after graduating with a Master of Science degree from Columbia University.

The group's name in Chinese means “everybody’s happy" and was founded 41 years ago by Chan’s father-in-law, Victor Lo Tang-seong. Mr Chan was formerly a city planner who was invited to join the company by his father in law in the 1983. He helped the company go public in 1986 when Café de Coral had just 30 outlets.
Twenty three years later, Café de Coral has almost 140 outlets, while it purchased rivals such as Ah Yee Leng Tong Chinese restaurants, Oliver’s and Spaghetti House. Abroad it acquired 50 per cent stakes in Shanghai’s New Asia Dabao and the Manchu Wok restaurants and China Inns in the US and Canada. AUDIO AFTER THE JUMP.

Lee Porter's company is an electronic trading system that provides liquidity, or dark pools, without the need to disclose it on an institutional investor's order books.

Ms Teresa Ko, the China managing partner of the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and first female chairman of HKEx's Listing Committee is our guest in the studio today.
The 28-member committee that Ms Ko will chair is composed of lawyers, brokers, accountants, fund managers and listed companies' representatives. It approves new listings in its weekly meetings and the members also meet quarterly to decide on the policies that govern listed companies.
