Distributors in mainland China and Southeast Asia could partake in the exciting business opportunities facing Taiyen Biotech. Taiwan’s leading developer and manufacturer of salt, bottled water, skincare products, dietary supplements and body cleansers is expanding its sales network into these markets. In particular, Taiyen Biotech’s products are already in the approval process of the mainland government, while its halal certification will allow the company to enter Muslim markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia and the Middle East.

“We are particularly on the lookout for local pharmacies, convenience stores and other distributors that have solid sales channels across mainland China and Southeast Asia,” says Chen Chi-yu, chairman of Taiyen Biotech. “Potential partners face promising business prospects as the various brands of Taiyen Biotech can easily compete with products in the region considering our strong focus on safety, quality and efficacy.”

To illustrate, Taiyen Biotech received recognition in May this year from Monde Selection, an independent award-giving body that evaluates the quality of consumer products worldwide. The company’s flawless whitening essence won the grand gold award, the highest distinction that Monde Selection gives for product quality. The product belongs to Taiyen Biotech’s LU-MIEL Diamond Bright line, which also includes skincare products, whitening lotions and facial cleansers.

Taiyen Biotech is also set to maximise sales opportunities throughout its target markets because it is willing to customise product specifications to meet varying local laws and market needs.

Drawing on more than 60 years of research expertise in its salt and seasoning product segments, Taiyen Biotech is exploring other areas. For instance, the company’s Collalife line contains collagen to protect the joints, especially after indulging in heavy physical activities. Moreover, Taiyen Biotech has spent five years of research on weight management, and launched its HCA and CGA Collagen Capsules, which incorporates ingredients such as garcinia cambogia and green coffee bean extracts to ensure the health of consumers.
