Established since 1977, Forum Restaurant is helmed by celebrity chef Yeung Koon-yat, also known in Hong Kong as the “abalone king”. He is also a World Master of Culinary Arts and a member of the exclusive Le Club les Chefs des Chefs.

The restaurant is famous for its dried seafood and abalone, which are pricy but delicious.

Other menu highlights include Yeung‘s famous stone pot abalone, pan-fried grouper, pigeon in soy sauce, live seafood and crispy chicken. For lunch, the dim sum is excellent.

The wine list is extensive, mainly featuring French with some Italian, Spanish and even Lebanese labels.
