A prime site in Repulse Bay has been sold at a government tender at the highest price per square foot for Island South, and the second highest across the city. Tai Cheong Holdings paid HK$1.67 billion for the 46,700 sqft site with a plot ratio of 0.9, or HK$39,672 per square foot. The government is inviting bids for a 900,000 sqft commercial-residential site in North Point through public tender, closing on July 6.
