What you'll need:
Knife and spoon (or blender)
1. Cut each fruit into tiny pieces with a knife and squash with a spoon. Or you can puree the fruit in a blender.
2. Start with the red layer. Pour the pureed strawberries into the mould so they are one third full. Freeze for one hour.
3. Repeat the process with the yellow layer (pureed peaches) and green layer (pureed kiwis) until the mould is full.
4. Add the sticks and freeze for two hours.
