Ma aiming to muster troops

THE star trainer of China's women athletes, Ma Junren, who has dominated the headlines over the past two years, is to form a new team of long-and middle-distance runners.

'I'll never give up and I'll continue to help Chinese sports,' said Ma, who left hospital a fortnight ago following a major traffic accident, quoted by the Sports Daily.

The leader of the world famous 'Ma's family army' which shattered record after world record, told the daily after returning to his training centre in north-east China's Dalian city that, 'time flies and one should get back to work fast'.
