Spicing up chefs' night out

TALL toques and white coats were out but smart suits were in when the Hong Kong Chefs' Association held its annual dinner in the drawing room of the Grand Hyatt. Guests Lee Rofkind, Kathy and Marco Lobo, Susan Field and Nicholas Montgomery (below) enjoy the evening, while chefs Tam Tai-man and Joseph Budde (above) go in quest of the spices for the recipe to eternal youth - or at least that was their excuse for dressing up like that!
