Warm response for Parc Oasis

WHEELOCK Properties has put more flats at its Parc Oasis development in Yau Yat Chuen on the market after the last offer was snapped up.

According to a Wheelock spokesman the latest batch of 91 units sold out in yesterday's official launch.

Wheelock put an extra 24 units in block 33 up for sale in the evening.

The selling price for the extra units, from 1,005 to 1,033 square feet, averaged $5,400 per sq ft - higher than the last sale, which reached $5,257 per sq ft.

The spokesman said the later units had better views.

She said buying interest remained robust and some buyers were still at the sales office in Parc Oasis last night.

The company will sell another 70 apartments in block 28 today at an average price of $5,300 per sq ft. They range in size from 651 to 846 sq ft.
