Merrill Lynch Bangkok affiliate CMIC Finance & Securities has approved the sale of up to eight billion baht (about HK$2.44 billion) worth of debentures to fund lending and other expansion.
The money could be raised through a combination of debt sales in Thailand or abroad. The sales could also be equity-linked.
