The Lands Department is inviting tenders for the sale of a 12,364 square foot retail development site at Shouson Hill Road on Hong Kong Island.
The site is intended for use as a shopping centre comprising retail shops and ancillary facilities. Tenders must be submitted before noon on February 14.
