Zhejiang Expressway Co, formerly the Hangyong Highway Co, held its first shareholders' meeting in Hangzhou on Sunday to mark its official establishment.
The company, among the fourth batch of Chinese firms to list overseas, wholly owns Hangzhou-Ningbo (Hangyong) Expressway and the Hangzhou section of the Shanghai-Hangzhou (Huhang) Expressway.
It also holds a 51 per cent stake in Zhejiang Jiaxing Expressway Co and Zhejiang Yuhang Expressway Co, which holds Huhang Expressway's Jiaxing and Yuhang sections.
