Star Telecom International said about 30.24 per cent of the company's issued shares remain in public hands after the close of the general offer made by China Strategic Holdings (CSH). CSH, wholly owned subsidiary Grand Orient and Star Telecom International Holdings said the general offer closed yesterday.
