Stabbed boy fights for life

A 14-year-old schoolboy was fighting for his life last night after he was stabbed on his way home from school in Tai Po. Tai Yuk-hin, 14, a Form Three student at Fung Leung Kit Memorial School, suffered chest and hand wounds.

He was said to have been with a group of pupils in Plover Cove Road shortly after 3pm when a bottle was thrown at a student on a bicycle, knocking him off. The stabbing occurred shortly afterwards.
