Boy, 7, drowns after leaping into Chai Wan swimming pool

A seven-year-old boy drowned in a Chai Wan public swimming pool. He apparently jumped into the 1.4-metre pool as his mother helped his younger brother change.

Three lifeguards were on duty. The boy was declared dead at Eastern Hospital.
