CM Telecom changes identity

CM Telecom International is changing its name to China Motion Telecom International after merging with partner China Motion Telecom Development in Shenzhen. The merger deal precipitated China Motion's restructuring into three units - telecoms network, distribution and retail, and unified messaging.
