Wobbly-wheel trolley trouble

Our airport ranks among the very best in the region. Changi at Singapore ranks the first, I believe. Although I would not suggest we necessarily follow Changi's example and offer a cyber corner with free wireless access to the Internet, I do feel that on basic bread-and-butter airport services, the Airport Authority should ensure that Hong Kong does not lag behind.

I flew back into Hong Kong twice over the past three weeks. On both occasions, the airport trolley I used had a faulty front wheel, which wobbled and made it very difficult to push.

As a Hong Kong citizen, it shames me to think of the bad first impression this gives to visitors. This is a problem that surfaced when the airport was first opened. Can the Airport Authority not even manage to get this right?
