A HONG Kong teenager, arrested on suspicion of vandalism and theft of public property in Singapore, has been charged with an additional 43 counts. The 16-year-old, a student at Singapore's International School, faces 34 vandalism counts, six mischief offences and three traffic offences, in addition to two charges of vandalism.
