FIRST Pacific Davies (Philippines) Incorporated has been appointed as the sole marketing agent of a prestigious development in the heart of Manila's financial district.

KSA Tower is a 40-storey office building in Makati, the central business district.

The KSA Tower project, which has a total area of approximately 130,000 square metres, is being developed by KSA Realty Corporation, a joint venture between Kuok Philippine Properties, San Miguel Properties Philippines and A. Soriano Corporation.

KSA Tower is on a premier commercial site in Makati on the corner of Ayala Avenue and Paseo de Roxas, which are the two main streets housing the country's financial community.

The project will be the largest Grade A building in the country and will be available both for sale by strata title and also for lease. Completion is scheduled for mid-1996. In addition to the Tower, there will be a six-storey annex building.
