Corrections & clarifications

The story 'Pan-democrats see reform hurdles' on page A2 on Tuesday stated that proposals on constitutional reform put forward by Alan Hoo sought to block pan-democrats joining the chief executive election. We wish to clarify that the proposals concerned are separate from consideration of the composition of the nominating committee and therefore would not, in themselves, prevent candidates from any political group from standing.
