AWT to buy Shanghai land

AWT World Transport Holdings has entered into an agreement to acquire a property at Hongqiao in Shanghai for US$2.8 million.

AWT said the acquisition would be financed by borrowings and internal resources. A majority of the property will be retained for use by AWT's transport operations with the remainder being rented out.
