Three boys, 10, on indecent assault charges

Three 10-year-old boys appeared in Kowloon City Court yesterday facing four counts each of indecent assault against a mentally handicapped female Primary Four classmate, also aged 10. The court heard the boys had sexually molested the girl on four occasions in a toilet in the school between May 15 and June 11. One of the boys pleaded guilty to all four counts. The court is expected to sentence him on July 27. He was remanded in custody. Another defendant pleaded guilty to three counts and was also remanded to July 27. The third pleaded guilty to only one count of indecent assault and was released on bail to reappear on August 24.
