Another online sex drama hits Hong Kong, but it's not R-rated

Uh-oh, another Hong Kong actor has been exposing sexually related content online.

This time it's Daniel Wu Yin-cho (right), who's been shooting the Jackie Chan movie The Shinjuku Incident in Japan and now Suzhou . But before you get too excited, there are no explicit pictures involved (well, nothing featuring naked people). On his latest blog entry, the idol recounts his recent visit to an infamous area.

'Since sex has been such a hot topic in the HK entertainment world recently,' Wu prefaces his February 18 entry, 'for some reason in Tong Li town (near Suzhou) there is an Ancient China Sex Museum. A few years ago, I stumbled across the Shanghai Sex Museum and found it pretty interesting. Since then I been (sic) to the ones in Paris, New York, San Francisco and now Suzhou. Suzhou is the biggest, with tons of art and paraphernalia charting the history of sex in Chinese culture.' He includes several pictures, including a statue with a giant phallus, signs with hilarious English translations and ancient erotic paraphernalia that would make some blush and others snicker.

Pointedly, Wu wraps up his note asking rhetorically: 'If sex has been part of Chinese culture for thousands of years, why is it such a taboo subject now?'

Good question. His blog is at http://www.alivenotdead.com/daniel/blog.html.
