The administration take measures to ensure that those appointed as members of governing bodies of publicly funded statutory organisations are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities;
The government acts to ensure that the chief executive officers of publicly funded organisations have a good understanding of the legislation and government rules relevant to their organisations;
